M3u8 Multivariant Input

Ingests an HLS multivariant (master) playlist via the native SDK m3u8MultiVariant node; video+audio renditions share one TimeDomain and are distinguished by positional renditionName (rendition_0, rendition_1, …). Subtitles still spawn per-language WebVTT inputs.
