ST2110InputReceiverAdvanced.rtpRingSize property

RTP ring queue size for ST 2110-43 TTML receivers (power of two). Defaults to 1024 — plenty for typical TTML cue rates, since each cue document is at most a handful of mbufs. Only tune if a deployment sees per-document fragment bursts that overflow the default.
