QuadraHevc.extraOpts property

This (for convenience) takes the xcoder string that Quadra’s Ffmpeg integration accepts, this is to aid developers in getting up and running quickly and will override any values set manually in the rest of this interface.

It is expected that developers will choose to use the typed fields for most things instead when moving to production, as they offer a degree of validation and type safety
