Ac3Settings interface

Settings for an AC-3 (Dolby Digital) encode. Supports mono/stereo/surround/5.1 at 32/44.1/48 kHz (channel layout and bitrate are on AudioEncodeSettings). see: NorskTransform.audioEncode()
