ST2110AudioFormat
Wire-format audio sample encoding on the ST 2110-30 stream. Norsk- internal audio is always PCM16; zig converts to and from this on the MTL boundary. PCM16 is the default (unset = 0 = PCM16) to preserve behaviour for callers that don’t set it.
