Local audio-out monitor SINK: plays this point of the graph on a local output device (operator monitoring). A tap — passes audio through, nothing downstream. device is the output device name from hardware audioDevices ("" = default); enabled toggles playback. Both are runtime params (set_params: numeric enabled, string device).
