CreateMockNode
Request Type: CreateMockNodeRequest
In-process mock provider — used by tests only. The pool of addresses MockProvider can hand out is configured via NORSK_MOCK_WORKER_URLS at Manager startup. createMockNode pops one URL from the pool and raises Online with the supplied nodeId.
